HOW TO BOOK :

On receipt of the above you will be sent a confirmation letter, invoice, visa invitation (where required) & accommodation details.

HOW TO PAY :

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, JCB Cards, American Express, Delta, Electron and Maestro. If paying by credit card, please add on 1.66% of the total for bank charges (3.85% for American Express, £0,25 for Maestro).

COMPLETE PAYMENT IS DUE BEFORE THE START OF YOUR COURSE. Payment received after the first day will incur a charge of 2% per week or part of the week. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment has not been received.

CANCELLATION :

  •  1. If we receive notice of cancellation more than 3 weeks before the start of the course, all monies will be refunded less the deposit of £120. If less than 3 weeks notice is given we shall charge a 1 week cancellation fee and the £40 registration. On presentation of the refusal letter, we shall not charge any cancellation for unsuccessful visa applications.
  •  2. If you need to shorten your course whilst at the Globe we shall require 3 weeks notice or a 1 week cancellation fee will be charged where applicable.
  •  3. It may be possible to change your course whilst at the Globe in consultation with the Management, if you give sufficient notice. However you may, incur some cancellation charges where applicable and an administration fee of £25 for changes.
  •  4. Students must complain to us as soon as problems arise as we shall not accept responsibility after they have left.
  •  5. In the unlikely event that the Globe has to cancel a course, full fees and the Registration fee will be refunded.

  • OFFICIAL HOLIDAYS :

    The dates below are British National holidays. Students starting their courses on any of these dates will be tested as usual on Monday morning but the School will be closed for other students.
    When these holidays fall on a Monday, the Globe will offer where possible 4 General English lessons on Friday afternoons to compensate.

  •  Friday 2 & Monday 5 April
  •  Monday 3 May
  •  Monday 31 May
  •  Monday 30 August

  • The School will be closed from Monday 21 December 2009 to Friday 1 January 2010 and from Monday 20 December 2010 to Friday 31 December 2010.
